As a young adult, BASILE traveled to distant countries while obtaining a master's degree, and developed an appreciation for different cultures, nutrition, and health methods. These trips are driven by curiosity about new experiences and tastes. Usually, when he returns from a trip, he will try to remake dishes and handicrafts that are not easily found at home. He believes that food and items built from scratch have higher quality, so he is eager to explore the surrounding environment until their foundations are established. As a young father, fragmented cooking, home fermentation, natural fiber dyeing and spinning, herbs, and home grown vegetables became his daily routine. This journey took him to Huitong Xiangxiang in 2013, where he now serves as CEO and CFO. He is not just a bean counter person, he also supervises the general operations of the entire company and provides the necessary expert guidance to help our ship move towards a productive and sustainable future. In his core philosophy, his belief is that the essence of business is service. For this reason, he deeply accepted one of the key principles upheld by Huitong Xiangxiang, 'Man and the Earth come before profit', and regarded it as the North Star he sailed in the business field.
