Since 2013, quality has meant 3 very important things to us:

1. Certified organic or pesticide-free plant products that are sustainably harvested.
2. Vibrant, tasty, potent, and consistent herbal goods that exceed customer expectations.
3. A product that is proven safe through laboratory analysis.

From the moment our herbs are harvested to the time they arrive on our docks, we monitor and log each step to fulfill our promise of quality to our customers. From pre-ship sample screenings, to comprehensive laboratory analysis, we complete a thorough program before selling our beautiful botanical products to you.

TESTING

Huitong Aroma was one of the first herbal products companies to establish and run a full microbial and analytical lab onsite. This allows us to offer complete and sophisticated certificates of analysis.

HANDLING

No Irradiation or Sterilization

Huitong Aroma is firmly against the use of the treatment methods irradiation, X-Ray, ozone, Ethylene Oxide, and in many cases steam sterilization. Exposing plant materials to any of these methods can seriously jeopardize the integrity of the plant material. In the rare event that we must treat materials, it is our policy to strictly use a low heat steam method.

INDUSTRY INVOLVEMENT

Our laboratory and Quality Control team works closely with the American Herbal Products Association. Founded in 1982, AHPA is the oldest of the non-profit organizations specializing in service to the herbal industry. It is the voice of the herbal products industry and the recognized leader in representing the botanical trade. With more than 300 members, AHPA's membership represents the finest growers, processors, manufacturers, and marketers of botanical and herbal products.

CERTIFICATIONS AND DOCUMENT REQUESTS

Upon your request, we will gladly provide copies of our organic certificate,  certificates of analysis, pesticide residue tests, GCMS printouts, and MSDS forms when available. These documents are only available via fax, email, and under some circumstances, we may be able to send them to you through the Postal Service. You can make a request by contacting our Customer Service folks.

For customers who wish to request these documents, but are not placing an order, you may do so at any time by calling or e-mailing our Customer Service team.

For customers who are placing an order by phone, these documents may be requested through a Customer Service Representative. If ordering online, you may request these documents in the Special Instructions field during the checkout process.
