The Bourbon geranium is native to the southern Indian Ocean and is very close to the island of Bourbon in Madagascar, which is also the origin of its name. The entire plant is covered with fuzzy and glandular hairs, and the edges of the leaves have irregular feather slits, with small pink flowers. The growth of Bourbon geranium is very picky about soil, preferring warm and warm sandy soil with good breathability. When the flowers are in full bloom, the essential oil content in the leaves of the Bourbon geranium reaches its peak.
